Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any PropPredict report or service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
PropPredict Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide hyperlocal property market intelligence reports for the London property market, with a current focus on East London postcodes E1 and E2.
Our reports are based on HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, which is published under the Open Government Licence.
We offer the following report types:
All orders are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Revolut Pay and Amazon Pay.
Payment is required before report delivery. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your report within the stated delivery timeframe.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Reports are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
If we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will notify you by email.
Due to the digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If you have not received your report within the stated timeframe, please contact us at hello@proppredict.co.uk and we will resolve the issue promptly.
If a report contains a significant error on our part, we will provide a corrected version at no additional charge.
PropPredict reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment or legal advice.
Past property price performance does not guarantee future results. All projections are estimates based on historical data and market analysis. You should seek independent financial advice before making any property investment decision.
All PropPredict reports are the intellectual property of PropPredict Ltd. Reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, republish or distribute our reports without prior written permission.
You may share report findings with your clients in the context of professional advice, provided PropPredict Ltd is credited as the source.
Our reports are built on HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This data contains address information and is used in accordance with the licence terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropPredict Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our reports, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
